We learn how you work, what you're best at, and which areas you cover. No commitment upfront — just a conversation about fit.
We schedule you into confirmed jobs
Work comes from our builder relationships — group home builders delivering 10 to 100+ homes per year. Jobs are confirmed, scheduled, and communicated before you're on site.
Materials are handled
We supply Technokolla waterproofing and setting materials through our Surtec supply agreement. You're not sourcing product or chasing reimbursements.
You're onboarded into our systems and processes
Before you're on site, we walk you through exactly how we work — scheduling, communication, documentation, and QA. Every tiler in the network follows the same process, so every job lands the same way. That consistency is what we sell to builders, and it's what keeps the work coming.
We handle the builder relationship
Scope questions, scheduling changes, variations — they come through us. You're on the tools, not stuck in the middle of builder communication.
As volume grows, so does your work
We're actively adding builder clients. Tilers who deliver to our standard get more work as we grow. It's a relationship, not a one-off.

We're not looking for bodies to fill a schedule. We're building a network of tilers who want to work properly, consistently, and with builders who value the trade. If that's you, read on.
You're a qualified tiler with volume residential experience
Group home builds move fast. You need to be efficient, accurate, and comfortable working to programme dates.
You're reliable and communicate clearly
If there's a problem on site, you say so. If you're running late, you let us know. Simple as that.
You're willing to follow a documented QA process
Photo documentation and checklists at each stage aren't a burden — they protect everyone. We'll show you exactly what's required.
You hold your own insurance and licences
You stay independent. We need you to have the right cover and any required certifications in place.
You want a long-term working relationship, not a one-off
