How It Works
We operate as the tiling division for volume residential builders across Auckland and the regions. That means we need skilled tilers we can rely on — and in return, we provide the structure that lets you do your best work.
We learn how you work, what you're best at, and which areas you cover. No commitment upfront — just a conversation about fit.
Work comes from our builder relationships — group home builders delivering 10 to 100+ homes per year. Jobs are confirmed, scheduled, and communicated before you're on site.
We supply Technokolla waterproofing and setting materials through our Surtec supply agreement. You're not sourcing product or chasing reimbursements.
Before you're on site, we walk you through exactly how we work — scheduling, communication, documentation, and QA. Every tiler in the network follows the same process, so every job lands the same way. That consistency is what we sell to builders, and it's what keeps the work coming.
Scope questions, scheduling changes, variations — they come through us. You're on the tools, not stuck in the middle of builder communication.
We're actively adding builder clients. Tilers who deliver to our standard get more work as we grow. It's a relationship, not a one-off.
