It can be a challenge for a home builder to find a tiler that can produce quality but also meet the schedule and work safely.

We know quality, speed and communication are all critical when it comes to being a trusted trade on site.

We believe that we are quite unique in the group housing and high volume tiling sector as we have invested in our Tiling Hub which offers both a full back office team as well as an experienced on site supervisory team to ensure that all our jobs are pro-actively run from beginning to end. This enables us to deliver high volumes of quality work, carried out safely, quickly and to schedule, whilst always maintaining great communication.

Our Tiling Hub team based at our head office enables us to quote all jobs and ensure all documentation including job plans and specs, health & safety documentation, purchase orders and variations are all in place before the job begins on site. Our dedicated job coordinators then proactively liaise with our clients’ project managers to ensure that we are on site when they need us to be and can be flexible and adaptable to those last minute changes to the schedule. Housing construction is a fast paced and often unpredictable industry and our Tiling Hub team’s aim is to make our part run as smoothly as possible for our clients.

Quality Assurance

In a competitive market it is more crucial than ever that we build first class houses with all our building partners. As a key finishing trade we realise how quality and site cleanliness can make or break a build.

Our on-site operations team are continually visiting our sites and working with tilers and housing companies alike to ensure the best possible result with a focus on continuous improvement. All our work is quality checked and any issues we find are always addressed and we proactively look at how we can improve.

We also focus heavily on health & safety to ensure that our teams are working safely and that we meet all our health & safety obligations to make life as easy as possible for all our clients.

Communication

Our Tiling Hub team provide excellent communication from beginning to end of every job. We quantify every job we do so we can provide a rapid quote whenever required. Throughout the build we are in regular communication with site project managers. Once every job is completed we quickly provide waterproofing, quality assurance and health & safety documentation.

Speed

Our Tiling Hub team are in constant communication with our tilers to ensure that they have all the information they need to be on site when requested. All our teams have been fully inducted in to the Elegant Spaces way of working so we can always deliver a consistent and high quality result.

Our experienced tiling staff are made up of several teams so that we always have availability for any project, whether large high volume work or a job that involves more detail. We pride ourselves on always being available and being able to tile many multiple jobs simultaneously.
